nonda is seeking a marketing expert and growth hacking guru to lead marketing at nonda from soup to nuts: weaving together every customer interaction to build brand equity, drive sales, and maximize CLV. You’ve built consumer brands before. You’ve created innovative marketing campaigns and executed them to incredible ROI. You’ve directed the production of stunning creative assets. And you’ve led marketing teams to grow individually and achieve things together they didn’t believe possible. You take initiative, measure results, learn quickly, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you drive impact immediately. Finally, you believe IoT is the future of consumer hardware and you’re itching to be in the driver’s seat of a nascent brand with fantastic products on the market and many more on the way. Responsibilities:

Work with CEO to define nonda’s integrated marketing strategy to build brand equity and drive product sales across all channels

Lead, manage, and mentor our team of marketers to execute key strategies and optimize campaign ROI, including hands-on execution of key projects

Define and direct brand messaging and creative asset production

Manage marketing budget and track key performance metrics for you and your team
Qualifications:

8+ years marketing or product marketing experience in consumer goods (consumer electronics preferred), 3+ years leading a marketing team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred, MBA or other advanced degree desirable

Passion for consumer hardware / IoT space

Fluency with numbers, conversion funnels, ROI calculations and growth hacking

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong personal initiative and commitment to results and quality
