As you might have noticed that the quick spread of COVID-19 has brought the customs overload and tightening regulations globally, which has caused severe shipping uncertainty and problems.
Since this Monday, DHL can not guarantee shipping time anymore, DHL estimated that the delivery time is expected to be 7-15 days to most countries now, which is mostly delayed at customs clearance. To make sure nonda user masks are shipped quickly, our community support team and supply chain team have been working 18 hours per day for the past 7 days non-stop to solve all kinds of problems.
But now, we have to face the truth that the workload is beyond our capabilities to handle.
So, to avoid the collapse of our community support program, starting now, we will scale down our mask shipping countries to the U.S only. Since nonda is a Silicon Valley startup, U.S shipments are the most efficient for our staff in San Jose and Shanghai to handle. Plus, the United States is the country that suffers the most from COVID-19 right now.
For nonda users in other countries, we hope you’d understand that removing most countries temporarily is the only way for us to continue with this program.
For all orders placed before, our team members are working hard to ensure all of them are being shipped out, regardless of the destination.
Finally, we are really sorry to make this decision. But we promise to add back more countries ASAP once we can.
